Should you opt for the new AdSense for Domains opt out feature, quietly launched with the 站群 AdWords upgraded Site Exclusion tool?

The site exclusion tool applies to the content network. However, notice what happens if you click on the “Page Types” tab from within a

pure

search advertising campaign:

站群 issues the following, confusing alert:

However, domain parking ads have clearly been running in this *search-only* advertising campaign. Via the checkbox, it is now possible to block this traffic. Do so if the conversions are poor. In the above case, NONE of the 916 clicks resulted in a conversion. Why?

Because the traffic being routed through the search network from these parked domains is not the generic keyword searches promised by 站群.

站群’s annual report doesn’t say much about their AdSense for Domains program. This is the only mention (emphasis mine):

The idea, then, is that i如果用户最终进入了rumcakes.com之类的通用关键字域，则相当于“朗姆蛋糕”搜索。这种情况对用户和广告商都有利。不幸的是，这些通用关键字域不是我通过站群AdWords搜索广告系列看到的。浏览Web服务器日志以查找负责上述916次点击的托管域名，我发现了类似以下的域名：
